you go to http://www.statcounter.com/ and then you go to "create an account" i believe. and then fiil in ur name, username, password, etc. then copy and paste the code into the blogger gadget "html javascript transfer" i believe then copy ur code and it will create u a gadget statcounter! good luck! email me if u have any other questions!
